On Sunday 5th February 2006 I knew that my time in Knotty End would soon be over.
The MDCC auction was due to end in a few hours so I got up nice and early to take a final stroll along Knott End's coastline.
Whilst absorbing the peace and tranquility that stretched out across Morecambe Bay I wondered about my adventures in far off lands with my soon-to-be new foster family.
I recalled my day at work at Duffy Motors, my tree chopping spree in Delamere Forest and fond memories of Cornwall.
Where would the MDCC take me next? New York, Bangkok, Scunthorpe?

I was excited to see all the souvenirs from my recent travels and decided to offer them in thanks to my new Foster Family.
With my itinerary in hand and souvenirs all packed I gave Brandon a final hug and farewell.
I said a big thank you to the chubby one known as Steve and promised him that all losses and breakages would be compensated for by Ebe.
Then I sat at the window eagerly awaiting the arrival of my chauffer driven Rolls Royce............
