Bye Rosie!

For a minute there I thought I was lost when I saw the London Underground sign!

Bye Rosie! I'm off to my new family - now where have Moby and Monkey got to with that luggage?

A last look around

That's a nice house down by the river. I wonder who lives there. That's the sort of place a noble wabbit could feel at home.

Do you suppose Rosie would notice if I went off on a wander up there?

Hiding from Rosie again.

Would you believe it? Another Hall I was going to visit and this one is closed as well! They won't even allow us up the driveway. This is Houghton Towers where James I knighted a loin of beef. Personally I would have just got on with eating it but some of those royals were a funny bunch.

According to locals he'd been invited round for a spot of dinner by Sir Bernard de Houghton and it was such a scrumptious meal that the king asked what the meat was called and the cook said it was a loin of beef. "From this time henceforth" said King Jim, "it shall be known as Sir Loin of Beef on account of it being delicious." Sounds a bit like Laird Dillon of MDCC only I'm not on the dinner menu!!!

Time to travel on

These girls are going to miss me so much when I leave here. Last night they gave me and Moby and Monkey a going away party. Look at the posters they drew for me.

They also gave me lots of presents to take with me to my new foster family. If the chocolate doesn't make it blame Monkey!

This morning Monkey and Moby helped me to pack all those goodies. I think Monkey was trying to climb into the box looking for the chocolate but I'd hidden it somewhere else.

Are those flowers for me?

We visited a friend of Rosie's on the way home and he gave me a bunch of flowers. She seems like a nice lady.

A Mongolian Feast

A wabbit likes the sound of that word 'feast'. I think these Mongolian people understand just how to feed a noble visitor! Ger-Hana. Now what does that mean I wonder? It says here that centuries ago in Mongolia the mighty Khan's hunting parties and warriors would prepare slivers of meat cut with their swords and cook them with vegetables, spices, sauces and incense on their overturned shields over a blazing fire.

I hope they don't expect us to have brought our own swords and shields!

Now lets have a look, what have they got on the menu? Oh we just choose what we want and the nice man in the kitchen cooks it for us. I don't think he's got any swords and shields in there either. I think secretly he's using a wok. The best part of this is you can keep eating as much as you can for as long as you like and keep choosing different stuff. I definitely like the sound of that!

The wine list looks interesting.

I'm spoilt for choice with drinks here.

I think I'll take home a take-away menu just in case I feel a bit peckish later on this evening.

Up, up and away!

Avast there me hearties! Man the lifeboats! Splice the mainbrace! I see no ships!

Now how is a wabbit supposed to get across there?

Here we go!

Uhoh, it's a long way down all the way down there!

Ahoy there landlubbers!

Swings and roundabouts

Having a swinging time.

Here's a nice rabbit sized slide.

I was getting a bit dizzy on here.

That's definitely too far up for a wabbit to come down.

I'm not sure if I was seeing or sawing or coming or going on here.
