Time for Lunch!

At The Red Lion!

We got the well table - which is dead cool - there's an old well inside the pub and they've built a glass topped table over it so you can look down into the well... You'll have to go see for yourself as I seem to have lost the photo we took!

The resident sheep just make do with the grass around the stones :-)

Awesome Avebury!

Here I am in Avebury, Wiltshire.

When not in Kent, Louise & Himself like to spend as much time as possible around here!

Look at these stones - aren't they fab?!

What's with the scary creatures?!

Flippy neck! I mean! What's a bunny to do?

Look at this lad.

Fred's his name. Fred Westie.

*gulps* No relation to Fred West I'm assured.

There's gold in them thar hills!

We put the rocks carefully into the acid...

And look!!! Sparklies!

I was well impressed... Apparently it's something called pyrite.

They sometimes call it "Fool's Gold" because it looks a bit like nuggets of gold.

I might bring some with me to my next residence and pretend it's the real thing, so Mum's the word, right? ;-)

Louise makes me work for my supper...

It was a beautifully sunny day and I was quietly meditating with the garden Buddha but Louise was having none of it. She announced that I had to help her with a dangerous job!

Unfortunately, I couldn't help too much as I didn't bring my rubber gloves, but I did my best.

She brought out a big bowl of acid...

And a big pile of rocks she'd found the previous weekend down at Samphire Hoe near Dover...

Scary Creatures!

Whilst staying with Louise and Himself, I have to fight for attention with this pair... Tyson's big and very scary... Cleo's usually nice but as you can see from this photo I've managed to capture her scary alien eyes!!! Rosie! Help me! If you don't hear from me by the end of the month, can you ring the SBF for me please? (Special Bunny Force)

Well here I am in Kent!

Wow! What a busy time I've had of it.

Somehow I managed not to scoff all the goodies Rosie and her lovely family had packed in my travelling case. Still, they didn't last long, once "Himself" had got hold of them! Not to worry, it saved my waistline and my new host's "His_Little_Weirdo" aka Louise...

So I spent my first weekend investigating the garden and meeting the locals... It seems houseguests stay round here for sometime *gulps* Hope they feed me better!

Buddha's kinda nice though :-)
